Acupuncture

There is no healing crisis for acupuncture, you start feeling the effects instantly. For chronic cases of pain one session is never enough, it takes gradual improvements.

If you have a phobia to needles then other techniques are offered, including electrical stimulation using TENS-like equipment.

Please note acupuncture needles are very fine and barely noticeable on insertion. Rest assured for extra sensitive patients, non-invasive methods are applied.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that uses the feet to treat the whole body. The aim is to stimulate the body’s own healing processes, by manipulating and applying pressure to certain parts of the feet.

Benefits

Reflexology may help with:

  • Sports Injuries
  • Acute and chronic conditions
  • Stress-related conditions
  • Hormonal imbalances
Reflexology promotes relaxation and general good health, which can be of benefit to anyone.
