Public Transport: The clinic is a short walk from numerous main line and Underground train stations. Buses also stop just outside. You can plan your public transport journey directly using the TFL journey planner.

Train: Elephant & Castle Train Station – Approx 5 minute walk. Patients of ours also walk from Waterloo Station, which is a slightly longer walk.

Underground: Elephant & Castle Station (Zone 1 and Zone 2 – Bakerloo and Northern Lines). 1 minute walk from the Bakerloo line exit.

Bus: Buses 1,2,2a,12,45,53,63,68,68a,133,171,176,188,199,344,355 all stop either just outside or very nearby.

Car: We must warn you that there is Congestion Charging close to the area. There are Pay & Display parking spaces very close by. However, being based in central London, there is limited availability at peak times and parking is not available within the University itself.

The clinic is situated in the South Bank University Sports Centre. It comprises of a fully functional fitness suite, free-weight area, and sports hall, giving broad options for late-stage rehabilitation activities and fitness testing.

Being situated in a University, there is high security on entering the building. Please allow plenty of time to enter the building and telephone your Pulse Physiotherapist if you have any difficulty getting past the barriers.
